Scan a number plate or RC
Take a photo — the system reads it, finds the customer, and updates the status. No typing.
Upload the Disha portal's Excel/CSV export — plates get marked ordered/received automatically. (The browser grabber does this without any file too.)
Two messages only: plate arrived, RC ready. Sent 9am–9pm when a status flips. Old customers are never messaged. Opt-outs respected.
